Powerplant is owned by local and visionary entrepreneurs who are passionate about bringing Korean food and modern bar culture to the local market. We comprise a small and humble group of individuals who each have their unique histories and backgrounds. Some of us have very extensive experience in the Food & Beverage Industry from Internationally renowned restaurants to Hotel Management Companies. Others have a deep passion for Korean lifestyle, culture, and cuisine. Lastly, some are accomplished businessmen. Despite our differences, we all share a common love for delicious modern Korean cuisine, paired with a variety of local and imported beers ranging from Lager and Stout to Weissbier, also Korean Soju, to other spirits, refreshing cocktails, and wines.
