Create and schedule social media posts, stories, and reels to maximize engagement and reach.
Collaborate with designers or agencies to produce marketing materials and ad creatives.

E-Commerce Platform Management

Oversee and optimize product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions on Shopee, Lazada, and other online marketplaces.
Monitor store performance, customer ratings, and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure accurate stock availability, timely delivery, and excellent customer experience.
Develop and manage online campaigns such as vouchers, flash sales, bundles, and discount programs to boost sales and visibility.

Sales Activities & Customer Engagement

Actively promote products and solutions to potential customers through both online and offline channels.
Generate leads and follow up on inquiries from social media, website, and e-commerce platforms.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Support sales presentations, product demonstrations, and marketing events or exhibitions.
Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and supporting documents when required.
Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and conversion metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall sales objectives.

Content Creation & Branding

Develop engaging product descriptions, promotional messages, and visual content for marketing and sales use.
Support the creation of videos, short clips, and infographics to highlight product features and success stories.
Ensure consistency of brand voice and identity across all digital platforms.

Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and e-commerce activities (CTR, CPC, ROI, conversion rates).
Generate monthly sales and marketing performance reports with actionable insights.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to support management decisions.

Collaboration & Strategy

Work closely with management to develop and implement integrated marketing and sales strategies.
Coordinate with external partners, influencers, and media for promotional collaborations.
Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, consumer behavior, and industry developments.
