GIC Group was formally established by Mr. Eddie Song in January 2014 . Head office and with branches located at Penang, while other branches are located at Butterworth and Kuala Lumpur. GIC房产投资集团由宋明威先生于2014年1月正式成立。总公司在槟城并设有分行，而其他分行则位于吉隆坡
