We are looking for Account Executive to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks.

You will play an important role, such as :-

Able to do full set of Account
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are properly recorded
Handle accounts receivable and issue invoices
Handle accounts payable and perform reconciliations
Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements and other financial reports
Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting databases
Assist in reviewing expenses, payroll records and supporting documents
Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports
Assist senior accountants in monthly and yearly closing activities
Preparing on forecasting and budgeting
Ensure accounting records are updated and filed properly
Support ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks when required

What do you need to have?

Diploma/Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field
Minimum 1–2 years experience
Familiar with accounting software & Microsoft Excel
Able to handle full set or basic accounting tasks
Responsible, organised & able to meet deadlines
Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen.
Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
