We develop purpose-built workers' accommodations (PBWA) that prioritize sustainability, efficiency, and community well-being.

Our PBWA, located in a mature industrial area, is a newly completed facility designed to provide safe and comfortable living environments for residents, complete with well-designed amenities, and social and recreational activities.

The PBWA complies with the Worker’s Minimum Standards of Housing and Amenities Act 2019 (Act 446) and is certified by JTKSM.
