I was placed in the Research and Development (R&D) Department, which falls under the QAQC Department. My supervisor was able to efficiently teach me all the tasks related to R&D in a short amount of time, and she was always approachable for any opinions or suggestions I needed. I collaborated well with teams from other departments on various projects. The company has a diverse staff that works together harmoniously to achieve the company's objectives, and they treated all interns with fairness and kindness to help us adapt to the work environment. Overall, my internship at this company was a fantastic experience that greatly boosted my confidence and interpersonal skills.
