"Fitness center and lounge"

Having a competent manager and previous experience working in a hotel is beneficial. The staff is also very skilled. However, due to the frequent events and seminars held at the hotel every week, there is limited opportunity to learn new skills such as serving VIP guests or setting tables for dinner.

"Enjoyable work environment with colleagues who provide encouragement and assistance"

Being a Guest Service Assistant (GSA) is an enjoyable and exciting experience. I have acquired new skills and gained valuable experiences by performing various tasks daily. In addition to my role as a GSA, I also handle reservations and operate the telephone. I appreciate the camaraderie among my colleagues, who are kind, helpful, and supportive of each other. I admire the mutual respect they show regardless of their positions. The workplace is lively with humorous coworkers and a supportive manager. Despite our playful banter, we maintain professionalism and assist each other when needed.
