HML started its journey in 2000 as HML & Co, growing over 24 years before becoming HML PLT, a Limited Liability Partnership. A major milestone was reached in 2024 when HML PLT registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), gaining access to U.S. markets. This registration strengthened the firm’s credibility, ensured compliance with international standards, and opened up new global opportunities.
 

We specialise in auditing companies under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), using International Standards on Auditing (ISA). Additionally, we audit companies under U.S. GAAP and PCAOB auditing standards, helping clients meet local and international compliance needs, especially when entering or operating in U.S. markets.
