Even as a recent graduate, I am able to learn a great deal thanks to the training provided before starting the job and on-the-job training. Every month, there is a training session on GMP SOP. The staff is friendly and willing to help with any questions or problems. The work environment is enjoyable, working with supportive team members and without feeling stressed. There are many benefits, including access to a panel clinic, and the managers provide a lot of support and assistance.
