Howley M&E Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Howley Air Cond Sdn. Bhd.) was established in 1976 and is headquartered in Johor Bahru. We provide services related to Air-Conditioning Systems, Green Energy Saving Solutions and Electrical Works.
