- Ads Execution & Optimization- Plan, set up, and manage ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Google.- Execute targeting strategies including audience segmentation, lookalike audiences, and remarketing.- Monitor daily ad performance and optimize for KPIs (CTR, CPA, CPC).- Test creatives, formats, and placements to identify the best-performing combinations.- Coordinate with designers to develop effective content (static posts, short videos) and ensure brand consistency.Social Media Management- Manage social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) for gaming brands.- Plan and execute social media content, including daily posts, campaign posts and engagement activities.- Monitor social media metrics (reach, engagement, followers, clicks) and provide optimization suggestions.Budget & Performance Management- Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI across paid ads and social media.- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and clear action points.- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to scale campaigns and improve overall performance.
