About Ilift Fitness

Ilift is a personal Training Studio in Kuching, Sarawak which started in March 2022 specialising in helping people manage their weight and achieving their fitness goals through sustainable methods. Our emphasis is towards long term change and proper education towards fitness and lifestyle change. While we currently only have 1 fulltime personal trainer, we hope to have a team of fitness professionals to share ideas and improve our services to the give our clients the best.
