Role Purpose

You will own IMAN's entire digital revenue engine — from imanshoppe.com conversion to marketplace performance to paid book launch campaigns. Your single north star: grow online revenue, profitably.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce Revenue Ownership (imanshoppe.com)

Own the imanshoppe.com P&L — traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and repeat purchase rate

Optimise the full purchase funnel: homepage, product pages, checkout, abandoned cart recovery

Plan and execute promotional calendars: Ramadan, Raya, back-to-school, year-end, and book launch campaigns

Manage email marketing and WhatsApp broadcast sequences to drive repeat purchase

Identify and implement upsell, cross-sell, and bundle strategies across the catalogue

Coordinate with fulfilment and operations to ensure stock availability aligns with campaign plans

2. Marketplace Management (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)

Own all IMAN storefronts on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop — listings, pricing, promotions, reviews

Run and optimise marketplace paid ads (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored, TikTok Ads) with clear ROAS targets

Execute flash sales, voucher campaigns, and platform mega-sale participation (11.11, 12.12, etc.)

Monitor competitor pricing and positioning; adjust strategy to protect and grow market share

Manage marketplace ratings and respond to customer reviews to protect seller score

3. Paid Digital Advertising

Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads for book launches and catalogue titles

Own media budget allocation across channels — shift spend based on ROAS performance data

Build and test audience segments: custom audiences, lookalikes, retargeting pools

Produce weekly ad performance reports with clear insight, not just data — what worked, what didn't, what's next

Brief creative team on ad assets needed; ensure creative is optimised for conversion, not just aesthetics

4. Data, Analytics & Reporting

Own the digital revenue dashboard — weekly and monthly reporting to CEO

Track and report: revenue by channel, CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate, cart abandonment rate

Use GA4, Meta Business Suite, Shopee/Lazada Seller Centre, and TikTok Seller Centre as primary data sources

Run A/B tests on landing pages, ad creatives, email subject lines, and pricing to continuously improve performance

Surface insights that drive editorial and publishing decisions — which topics sell, which formats convert

5. Team Management

Lead a lean team of 2–4 (Digital Marketing Exec, Marketplace Exec, Ads Specialist)

Set weekly priorities, review outputs, and coach team members on performance marketing discipline

Build SOPs for all recurring digital tasks: listing updates, campaign setup, reporting cadence

Develop team capability so the function is not dependent on any single person, including yourself

6. Revenue Diversification

Identify and pilot new digital revenue streams: e-books, audiobooks, digital subscriptions, online courses

Build B2B digital sales pipeline: corporate bulk orders, institutional subscriptions, gift-with-purchase partnerships

Explore affiliate and referral programme to expand reach without proportional ad spend increase

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
