During my internship, I have been learning how to create various documents such as Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, Good Receiving Notes, Delivery Orders, Sales Orders, and Invoices in the system. Additionally, I have gained experience in applying for permits with courier companies. Although the tasks were basic, they have significantly increased my knowledge. The workplace culture has also helped me mature and prepare for the future. The most challenging aspect of the job was making mistakes, such as entering incorrect quantities for purchases or dealing with system issues that affected my work. On the other hand, the most enjoyable part of the job was getting to know my colleagues, including foreign workers from countries like the Philippines and Myanmar, as well as working with friendly Chinese colleagues who were always willing to help me understand my tasks.
