J8 Autism Athletics

J8 Autism Athletics is a Malaysian sports coaching company founded in 2019, using sports and fitness to build independence and opportunity for individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities. We work across the Klang Valley, Kuala Lumpur, and Putrajaya, in both 1-on-1 and group settings.

Our approach is built around motor coordination, proprioception, and core strength — but the real goal goes beyond physical skill. We take kids through four development phases (Discovery, Skill Acquisition, Game Training, and Performance), using structured assessments, visual supports, and a prompt hierarchy that fades from full physical guidance down to full independence. We coach basketball, football, badminton, pickleball, and frisbee, adapting every session to each child's sensory profile and communication style.

At the heart of it is our HEART philosophy — Humility, Empathy, Attentiveness, Resilience, Trustworthiness — because sports is the vehicle, but service from the heart is what actually drives progress. Our vision is to become the nationwide leader in neurodiverse extra-curricular activity in Malaysia, giving every child, regardless of diagnosis, a real place to belong — on the field, the court, or the track.
