The hours of work are adaptable. There are various challenges to overcome, such as communicating with individuals at different levels, including those with disabilities, elderly individuals, and listening to their issues such as depression, marital problems, and bullying. The most rewarding aspect is when clients are satisfied and make an effort to improve, providing positive feedback on my consultations. My coworkers also offer support, and the workplace environment is very positive.
