Coordinate and review annual budgets and forecasts from plants and subsidiaries, and highlight major cost drivers, variances, risks, and opportunities at Group level.
Prepare monthly analysis of actual manufacturing cost against budget or forecast, and identify key performance gaps across plants.
Work with Group Operations and plant teams to monitor material usage, production yield, wastage trends, conversion cost, and other manufacturing cost drivers.
