I am primarily responsible for electrical preparation tasks such as purchasing components, creating diagrams and drawings, preparing documents, and managing the budget. I also liaise with suppliers to address technical issues related to both standard and new electrical components. Additionally, I communicate with customers to address any electrical issues before the machine is shipped out for Buy-Off.

The work environment is not as strong due to the presence of many Chinese colleagues, while I am Malay. There is a lack of communication. I have gained a lot of knowledge about import and export. Overall, things are going well. The most challenging aspect is handling purchase orders.
