I have gained valuable experience from a variety of projects such as retail, residential, and university buildings, from the initial stages to the final account. I have had the opportunity to lead a team of 4-5 junior quantity surveyors and interact with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. I have also taken on responsibilities such as leading tender interviews, attending site meetings and meetings with clients' consultants, as well as conducting monthly site inspections and valuations.
