We are seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our growing Construction team at KT IRON WORKS & CONSTRUCTION SDN. BHD. in Kajang, Selangor. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing expert cost management and quantity surveying services to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects. This is a full-time, onsite role based in our Kajang office.
Responsibilities:1. Mainly focus on high-rise building projects 2. Oversee and supervise all on-site metal works 3. Ensure all work is carried out according to specifications, drawings, and project timelines.4. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with various stakeholders5. Manage site activities, including materials handling and manpower allocation.
Report daily site progress.7. Attend weekly site meetings and provide updates during the meetings
