• Oversees daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service, strong team coordination, and consistent customer experience• Leads the front-of-house team while supporting kitchen and bar operations• Ensures Grumpy Bagels’ service and quality standards are consistently met at all times• Maintains high operational and service standards across the outlet• Lead, supervise, and support outlet team members• Ensure excellent customer service experience at all times• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance• Handle staff scheduling and manpower planning• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards• Manage stock ordering, inventory, and wastage control• Assist in training new staff and developing team performance• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally• Ensure outlet sales targets and operational goals are achieved• Coordinate with management on operational matters and improvements• Maintain a positive and productive working environment
