LION POSIM BERHAD (Formerly known as Lion Forest Industries Berhad) ********2310 (*2056-X) was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 8 March 1982 as a private limited liability company under the name of Posim Trading Co Sdn Bhd. It changed its name to Posim Sdn Bhd on 9 March 1991. It was converted to a public liability company under the name of Posim Berhad on 29 March 1991 and was subsequently listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Securities) on 2 April 1992. LPB assumed its present name on 20 May 2003 and was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 3 August 2009.

Its business is currently focused on the distribution of building materials, petroleum & automotive products in the domestic market.

Its subsidiaries, Posim Marketing Sdn Bhd ********4385 (**6824-M) and Posim Petroleum Marketing Sdn Bhd ********7134 (**9576-M), are involved in the trading of building materials, petroleum-based products including automotive and industrial lubricants under the Hi-Rev and T-Trax brands, and automotive components.
