About Little Penang Street market

 

The Little Penang Street Market is Penang’s premier monthly arts and crafts market, dedicated to showcasing Penang’s creativity and heritage.

 

It comprises some 70+ arts and crafts and food stalls, together with a performance space, a visual arts gallery, and other activities, including book-reading and activities for children. It takes place every last Sunday of the month in a canopied Upper Penang Road.

 

It is run by a small voluntary committee, and employs one full-time coordinator. This is the vacancy for which we are advertising.

 

We are looking for a person who is self motivated, energetic, committed, willing to work with a wide range of people, willing to take initiative and at the same time keep records and build databases.
