At Longemed, everyone works together as a cohesive team, from the management team to interns. There is no hierarchy between the project manager and technical staff. My experience in industrial design has primarily been focused on designing furniture and styling concepts. However, my perspective shifted when I joined the team at Longe Medikal. As a local manufacturer, they encourage staff to participate in the design, manufacturing, and selection of raw materials for products. This comprehensive approach has provided me with valuable knowledge as a designer, allowing me to effectively communicate with clinical and engineering teams to enhance product outcomes.
