Negotiate with NPL/NPF customers to establish repayment plans and restructure or rehabilitate financing facilities to maximize recovery and minimize potential losses.
Collaborate with Receivers & Managers and other appointed consultants to implement turnaround strategies, oversee the management and disposal of charged assets where appropriate, and protect MDV's interests as a debenture holder.
Initiate and manage legal recovery proceedings, in consultation with appointed solicitors, when amicable negotiations are unsuccessful. This includes actions such as Judgment Debtor Summons, Garnishee Proceedings, Writ of Seizure and Sale, Winding-Up Proceedings, and Bankruptcy Proceedings.
