About Messrs Ben Chan

Mesrss Ben Chan is a boutique litigation firm established in August 2017. The firm offers a diverse dispute resolution practices and undertakes multidisciplinary advisory works. These include particularly in the areas of civil, coporate and commercial litigation, appellate litigation, banking and finance litigation, construction litigation, judicial review, mediation, adjudication and arbitration.

 

The Firm was founded by Datuk Ben Chan who is leading Malaysian commercial litigation lawyer about 25 years of experience. Datuk Ben Chan is also a panel member of mediator, adjudicator and arbitrator of the Asian International Arbitration Centre.

 

Prior to establishing hiw own firm, Datuk Ben Chan was litigation partner at large Kuala Lumpur based corporate/commercial law firms where he headed the Corporate litigation department. Datuk Ben Chan is the main author the book publication titled "Chan & Koh on Malaysian Company Law".
