TK Ooi & Nadira is a legal entity which has a historical record spanning over a period of more than twenty three (23) years. We specialised in conveyancing, banking litigation and corporate work. We deal with Sale and Purchase Agreements for land and houses, contracts and documentation in retail and corporate loans. We cover general legal services like writing of wills, power of attorneys, application of probate and letter of administration, trust deed and divorce cases. 

 

Our forte lies in recovery of debts for credit cards, personal/consumer loans and foreclosure proceedings. We have very vast experience in enforcement of judgements and we handle cases all over Peninsular Malaysia and successful candidates are expected to liase with court staff and lawyers on the fields.
