MKS has moved to the fore-front of construction by adopting latest technologies to undertake not just traditional QS services but BIM 5D Total Cost Management Services. We undertake our QS services using the Revit, Glodon & ItwoCostX Building Information Modeling (BIM) software system that enable areas of “clashes”, mismatch or errors to be identified and rectified during modeling stage resulting in savings and reduce/avoid waste during construction stage.
