The Group has now decided to create the new role of Regional Counsel, Asia alongside similar regional positions in EMEA and the Americas to offer a more agile and integrated service to internal (and external) customers. The Regional Counsel will be a responsive business partner to the Group’s Asia regional businesses as well as functioning as the “conscience” of the business, working closely alongside the global Compliance team.
