In line with the project plan, be responsible for the operation and maintenance of semiconductor material handling equipment;2. Trial operation and production accompaniment operation of the customer's on-site system;3. Daily maintenance and fault repair of equipment at the customer's site, risk identification and control, and through the coordination of internal and external resources, facilitate efficient collaboration at the project site;4. Improve the problem points at the project site and feed them back to the R&D and manufacturing departments for communication and improvement;5. Be responsible for the after-sales service of equipment and systems at the project site;6. Lead the compilation of operation instructions and manuals after project deliver.
Requirements Communication and Analysis: Collaborate with the key account team to understand the client’s current situation, requirements and project progress through online and offline communication and research, thereby providing strong support for project advancement.
