The sustainably harvested resin is 100% naturally made, from inoculation stage to the processing and finishing of the end product. At NYCX, we are using cultivated agarwood trees and sourced directly from our farm managed by our parent company - Dadvance Agarwood Solutions Sdn Bhd. Our agarwood raw materials are 100% natural from planting, harvesting to production and went through a strict selection process for quality assurance to make sure it is made of high-quality grade.
