1. The new technology of metal detection to remove solid metal impurities is adopted in the feeding of glass raw materials. In addition to the configuration of iron removal equipment in the conveying link of the mixed material, a high-sensitivity metal detector is configured on the feeding belt of the kiln silo. Once the magnetic solid metal impurities are detected, the raw materials will be discharged automatically to ensure that the glass raw materials meet the requirements of the formula.

2. In the glass forming and tempering production, the infrared imaging technology is used to formulate and optimize the process parameters of glass forming and tempering, so as to reduce the appearance defect rate and stabilize the tempering quality.
