I thrive in high-pressure situations and excel at working in a team. My co-workers are friendly and easy to collaborate with. The most challenging aspect of this job is dealing with machine breakdowns that are not covered by insurance. Despite this, I find great satisfaction in managing foreign workers and appreciate the dedication of my colleagues to their tasks.

I learned how to effectively handle the storage, processing, and quality control of spices through the implementation of good management practices by workers at various levels. The workers were not only friendly but also performed their tasks flawlessly. The most challenging aspect of the job was devising a plan for an efficient processing process in the factory. However, it became the most rewarding when our plan was approved by the manager.
