The team works closely with Sales and Technical departments to design tailored proposals, support tender strategies and ensure solution feasibility before submission. Job Responsibilities:

Analyze client requirements and design tailored technical solutions using Neuropower products and services.
Collaborate with Sales to provide pre-sales technical support, including proposals, presentations, product demonstrations, and tender submissions.
Participate in tender briefings and meetings to understand requirements, lock specifications, and recommend optimal technical solutions.
Validate solution feasibility, scalability, compliance, and alignment with company capabilities before client submission.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for client requirements and tender submissions.
Coordinate with the Tech/Installation team to ensure smooth handover and accurate implementation of proposed solutions.
Serve as a trusted technical consultant and advisor to clients during pre-sales and tender preparation phases.
Provide technical guidance and training to Sales, enabling them to present and sell solutions confidently.
Analyze tender documents and competitive offerings to propose strategic technical responses that maximize winning potential.
Recommend cost-optimized and resource-efficient solutions without compromising quality or client requirements.
Provide insights from client interactions and tender feedback to influence product development, solution enhancements, and innovation.
Document solution designs, technical specifications, client interactions, tender decisions, and lessons learned for compliance and knowledge sharing.
Maintain a repository of standard solution packages, templates, and best practices for internal efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Tech, QA/QC, R&D) to ensure solution feasibility, compliance, and delivery accuracy.
Assist internal training sessions for Sales and junior engineers on solution design principles, technical standards, and tender preparation.
Mentor junior engineers via buddy system and on-the-job guidance, focusing on solution design, tender support, and client engagement.
Monitor emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor solutions to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Track post-implementation solution performance and gather client feedback for continuous improvement, without performing operational/installation tasks.
Conduct technical sharing sessions and workshops for consultants, partners, or industry stakeholders to enhance understanding of Neuropower solutions.
Prepare and deliver tailored product or solution presentations for specific audiences, industries, or client types, aligning with requirements and technical feasibility.
