One Asia Property Consultants (OAPC)  group is an established and energetic property consultancy firm. It was established by Mr. Goh Keng Chai as One Asia Properties in Johor Bahruin December 2007 and with a vision to take the company to a higher level, he joined forces with Puan Najihah bt Md Noor to incorporate One Asia Property Consultants Kuala Lumpur and Penang in October 2008.

 

OAPC has a team of  highly experienced key personnel,each with more than 10 years working experience in the property industry in areas like valuation, real estate agency, project marketing, property management and feasibility study. OAPC is enplaced in 4 renowned bank's valuation panel namely Citibank, UOB, Maybank and Hong Leong Bank whilst our real estate agency is enplaced in most banks' panel.

OAPC has expended with affiliate offices in London, Sydney and Medan (Indonesia). OAPC is also affiliated locally with OAP Realty (Johore Bahru) and several international real estate companies worldwide. OAPC and its affiliates currently have a total staff strength of about 50.
