Kumpulan One Asia Property Consultants (OAPC) adalah sebuah firma perunding hartanah yang dinamik dan telah berkecimpung dalam industri ini. Ditubuhkan oleh Tuan Goh Keng Chai sebagai One Asia Properties di Johor Bahru pada Disember 2007, dan dengan visi untuk membawa syarikat ke peringkat yang lebih tinggi, beliau bersekutu dengan Tuan Najihah Bt Md Noor untuk memasukkan One Asia Property Consultants Kuala Lumpur dan Penang pada Julai 2008.

OAPC mempunyai pasukan kakitangan kunci yang berpengalaman tinggi, masing-masing dengan lebih daripada 20 tahun pengalaman bekerja dalam industri hartanah di bidang seperti penilaian, agensi hartanah, pemasaran projek, pengurusan hartanah, dan kajian kelayakan. OAPC kini terdapat dalam panel penilaian institusi kewangan yang terkenal. Sementara agensi hartanah kami terdapat dalam panel majoriti bank-bank. OAPC mempunyai pejabat bersekutu di London, Sydney, Singapura, dan Medan (Indonesia). OAPC juga bersekutu secara tempatan dengan beberapa syarikat hartanah antarabangsa di seluruh dunia.
