Optimum Swim School and Optimum Fit form a Malaysian fitness group focused on aquatics and strength training. Since 2009, we’ve grown to 8 centres across the Klang Valley and a warehouse gym in PJ. Our pathway takes learners from water-confidence to competitive squads and members from first workouts to performance.We invest in coach education, safe, clean facilities, and technology that improves the customer journey.
