- Handle full set of accounts including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliation.

- Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and management accounts.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties.

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Support management in improving financial processes and controls.

- Manage and verify all supplier invoices, staff claims, and expense reimbursements before processing payments.

- Prepare and process payments via online banking, cheque, or other approved methods.

- Ensure payment approvals are obtained in accordance with company’s financial policies and authority limits.

- Maintain proper records of all payment vouchers, supporting documents, and bank transactions.

- Monitor daily cash flow to ensure sufficient funds for operational needs.

-Prepare cash flow forecasts to support management’s financial planning.

- Perform daily bank reconciliations and monitor bank balances across multiple accounts.

- Liaise with banks on matters such as fund transfers, loan repayments, fixed deposits, and online banking issues.

- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing funds.

- Ensure all transactions are recorded timely and accurately in the accounting system.

- Ensure all payments comply with company policies, accounting standards, and internal control procedures.

- Safeguard company funds and ensure confidentiality of financial information.

-Coordinate with auditors during yearly audit exercises by providing necessary documents and explanations.

- Identify potential financial risks related to payments or cash handling and propose control improvements.

- Prepare monthly payment reports, cash flow summaries, and bank movement analysis.

- Update management regularly on the company’s cash position and payment commitments.

- Maintain filing and digital archiving of payment documents for audit and record purposes.

- Work closely with the procurement and admin teams to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments.

- Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding payment status and documentation requirements.

- Support management in special projects involving treasury or payment restructuring.
