The job involves frequent travel, and over the course of four years, I have visited every part of Malaysia and even some unique places like Sipadan and Mulu. Despite being for work, these experiences have been life-changing. This travel has helped me become more independent, and my career has progressed significantly in just four years, moving from back-end support to presenting to the Board of Directors. It's been an amazing journey!

While the management may not be the best, they prioritize efficient and quick work, as well as fast learning. The manager and supervisor are kind and offer a lot of assistance. The most challenging aspect of the job is ensuring accuracy and precision during quality checks for surveys. The most enjoyable part of working at this company is the friendly and helpful coworkers who are always willing to lend a hand.

The job can be exhausting due to the constant need to make calls to numerous people every day. However, the employees and supervisors are friendly and highly professional. The training sessions are thorough and repeated frequently, with assistance readily available when needed. Continuous learning is emphasized in the office, with daily discussions on skill improvement. The office is conveniently located near public transportation options like the LRT, bus, and MRT Surian, which is beneficial for those who live far away. The facilities are easily accessible whenever needed. Although I only worked there temporarily for a project, I would be interested in returning as a part-time employee if the opportunity arises.
