Working at this company is enjoyable and the atmosphere is positive and healthy. I have had the opportunity to learn many new things, such as HR systems and setting up the system for staff appraisals. I have also gained experience in preparing private and confidential documents for Board Committees. The management is supportive and understanding, and my co-workers are helpful and willing to share their knowledge. We work together as a team and support each other in our responsibilities. If I encounter any difficulties, my colleagues are always willing to help me learn. I particularly enjoy working in HR, as it is a field that I am passionate about.

I gained valuable knowledge and experience during my time at the company. The relationship between the staff and management was positive and welcoming throughout my internship. The most challenging aspect was coordinating interviews between new recruits and top management, as it was my first time doing so and I wanted to demonstrate my responsibility to my supervisor and superiors. Overall, my internship at PNS provided me with valuable experience and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.
