We, PERUNDING LNB are an established Energy Service Company (ESCO) registered under Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga) Malaysia and PERUNDING LNB ENGINEERS SDN. BHD. registered with the Board Of Engineers (BEM) Malaysia. We provide a range of services from external Registered Electrical Energy Manager (REEM), energy audit consultancy, Thermal, mechanical & electrical consultancy, sustainable design consultancy, energy improvement projects design, Measurement & Verification (M&V) as well as other engineering related consultancy.

Thermal, Mechanical and Electrical Consultancy

• Prepare M&E design drawings, tender drawings and submission drawings including Bomba Submission, TM Submission, PBA submission and all relevant Authorities 
• Prepare M&E tender documents with schedules of prices, specifications, etc.

• Portable meter logging to M&E Services in commercial and industrial. To obtain energy input and output, to the process or system to reduce the amount of energy input into the system without negatively affecting the output.
• Identify the M&E services energy losses, weakness or energy wastages.
• Propose the technical solutions to minimize the wastages.
• Evaluate and perform economic efficiency or life cycle costing analysis.
• Develop recommendation and action plan.
