I held a Customer Service position where I was responsible for handling a ticketing system and providing excellent customer service to ensure repeat visitors. Working at a science center, I also had to have teaching skills as we mainly dealt with hands-on exhibitions. My management team was very supportive, and my colleagues were also helpful in teaching me to work as part of a team. The most challenging part of my job was dealing with rude and impatient visitors, while the most enjoyable aspect was the positive work environment and camaraderie with my colleagues and management. However, I decided to resign and relocate back to Ipoh to be with my family and care for my mother.

Working at Petrosains is enjoyable because you can have fun and learn simultaneously in a great environment with good management. The most challenging aspect is dealing with various types of people, but the most enjoyable part is collaborating as a team.
