About Phisontech Electronics (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd

Phisontech is a R&D centre under Phison Electronics Corps Taiwan, located in Penang FIZ Phase 4. We are a fabless design house, designing own products in Power Management IC, targeting SEA market now, global later.

The company is a startup, our co-workers are mostly engineers, and we have a few experienced engineers working offsite in Hsinchu, Taiwan, that provide technical guidance when needed, and we have the full support and back up of our holding company, Phison. Phison started up by designing SoC for USB flash drive, and now is a full fledge NAND flash IC controller provider conquering global market share.

Phisontech is fighting an uphill battle, as it is never easy to get a startup running smooth, so we need good team members to contribute together to the same cause, to make IC design a sustainable business in Malaysia, since we are in a strategic location and our people can speak a lot of different languages. As the company grows, all of our current team members will progress to management post in the long run. We can provide an experience you can never get anywhere else.

Phisontech is a profit sharing company, when sales is good, all of our co-workers will have monetary return for their effort invested in the company. The company grows, as will you.

We share the same CEO with Phison Taiwan, he is a Malaysian, Dato’ Pua Khein Seng, also know as “Father of PenDrive”.
