As a Builder for our front-of-house, you will help create consistent service routines and scale a dependable guest experience from seating to checkout. In Service Crew or Captain roles you will set shift rhythms, coach and guide teammates, keep orders accurate, and manage seating flow, reservations and waitlists during busy periods.
Success means calm, organised shifts, happy guests and a team that can run smooth services with minimal escalation.
You will collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bar teammates and management, using tools like the POS, reservation lists, station checklists and basic stock tracking.
