Privasia Technology (PTB) company was founded on July 14, 2008 and is headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. We were then listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities in May 2009. We are an investment holding company with four main subsidiaries: Privasia Sdn Bhd, Privanet Sdn Bhd,PRIVASAT Sdn Bhd and Privatel Sdn Bhd. The company operates through following segments: Outsourcing and consulting, eProcurement, Information and Communication Technologies Distribution, Information and Communication Technologies Services, Satellite-based network services, and Radio Network Optimisation Services.
