Fire Alarm System are essential system governed by Malaysia Law for almost all buildings other then landed housing.

We are the distributor/supplier of the Fire Alarm System to Building's Contractors. Our main task are supplying the entire system based on M&E Consultant's design and specification. On site system programming are required by our programmers to custom for every individual buildings, based on guild and requirement by Jabatan Bomba Malaysia.

The Fire Alarm System we carried are called Edwars System Technology (EST) from USA.

We are in this Fire Alarm Industry for over 20 years and has established itself as a leader in JOHOR region in providing Intelligent Fire Alarm System in Hotels, Shopping Complex, Institutions, Factories, Hospitals, Airport and High-rise Condo, Office Tower, etc

Among jobs we had completed are : City Square, JBCC Komtar, AEON, Tesco/Lotus, Toppen, Ikea, Senai Airport, Hospital Sultan Aminah, MBJB, MBIP, CIQ, JB Sentral, MB Office, Dewan Undangan Johor, and many more. ( We had completed over 200 Job Johor State)

The main activities of our Company are Supplying, Programming, Testing, Commissioning and maintaining of the Intelligent Analogues Addressable Fire Alarm system, Fire Fighter Phone, Emergency Voice Evacuation, Security, Card Access, Nurse Call Signalling and Synergy System From EST (USA).
