To provide electrical engineering expertise and support project teams in delivering safe, compliant, and efficient electrical power generation and distribution system designs for greenfield and brownfield projects across all phases (Conceptual, FEED, Detailed Engineering, fabrication, installation, hook-up and commissioning).
The role supports engineering activities and technical decisions in alignment with Company standards, applicable international codes/standards (IEC/IEEE/NEC) and local regulations, engineering best practices, and operational requirements.

Support in contractual matters including but not limited to reviewing and drafting procurement contracts, contractual negotiations, tendering activities and post award issues, where necessary
Collaborate with contract holders/users and corporate legal where necessary to develop the procurement contracts and related contracts with the best possible terms for PTTEP and ensure PTTEP’s objectives are in placed as well as PTTEP’s risk and exposures are mitigated
Provide risk assessment and legal impact of business decisions regarding procurement contract and other related agreements for pre and post award activities
