About Pure Spectrum Technologies Sdn Bhd

MyFon is a brand under the company Pure Spectrum Technologies Sdn Bhd (Reg. No. **5526A), established on April 5, 2012, and primarily targeting schools as its service users. The company also operates under a license from the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC).

In line with MyFon’s tagline, “Connecting You Every Moment,” the main objective of MyFon is to facilitate communication between students and their parents while at school by offering paid public phone services.

In 2016, MyFon was honored with the Malaysian Commercialization Year (MCY) award by the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation (MOSTI). The Telefon Awam Pintar Pelajar Sekolah (TAPPs) project was MyFon’s first initiative, officially launched in 2016 by the then Minister of Education, Dato’ Seri Diraja Mahdzir Khalid.

MyFon’s collaboration with Tune Talk has expanded its reach, offering wider coverage and a variety of data and calling plans for Tune Talk MyFon Prepaid SIM card users.
