SALES ADVISOR

Job Purpose:

As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for driving vehicle sales by engaging with customers, providing professional product consultation and guiding customers throughout the purchasing process.

The role also requires an individual who is comfortable appearing in front of the camera and actively participating in social media content creation to support the company's digital marketing and personal branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Engagement

Attend to enquiries and walk-in customers professionally through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media and other sales channels.
Understand customers' needs, preferences and budget to recommend suitable vehicles.
Present and explain vehicle specifications, features, pricing, financing options and available packages.
Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives and product demonstrations.
Follow up consistently with leads and prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales.
Negotiate professionally with customers and assist in closing sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

2. Content Creation & Social Media

Actively participate in social media content creation to promote vehicles, offers, campaigns and the company's brand.
Be comfortable appearing on camera for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms.
Present vehicles, explain features, share automotive knowledge and engage with audiences through video content.
Collaborate with the content and marketing team to develop creative and engaging sales content.
Develop a personal presence and credibility on social media as a Sales Advisor / automotive consultant.
Respond to enquiries and engage with potential customers generated through social media content.

3. Sales Administration

Prepare quotations, booking documents and other relevant sales documentation accurately.
Coordinate with relevant departments on financing, insurance, registration, vehicle preparation and delivery.
Ensure customers receive timely updates throughout the sales process.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups and sales activities.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs.

4. Customer Experience

Provide a professional and memorable customer experience from first enquiry until vehicle delivery.
Maintain regular communication with customers and provide after-sales assistance where required.
Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
Build long-term customer relationships rather than focusing only on one-time transactions.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive, retail, property, financial services or other customer-facing industries.
Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales potential are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Strong interest in automobiles and willingness to learn about different vehicle models, specifications and market trends.
Target-driven, proactive and motivated by achieving sales results.
Good follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a sales and marketing team.
Possess a valid driving licence.
Willing to work weekends, public holidays or attend events when required.
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English. Other languages will be an advantage.
