The manager is excellent, and the local team is also strong, with no conflicts within the multinational team. The initial salary is high, and additional coverage for shift work is well-received. Processes are clearly defined for most tasks, and there is a follow-the-sun approach with proper handoffs to subsequent teams. There are no on-call duties or after-hours work required. The bonus incentive is fair and based on company performance. The APAC HR manager is understanding and effective, and managers are always open to feedback.
